What joins your meeting
A notetaker joins under a visible name, camera off, and says nothing. It only joins meetings created through MeetEvi, so it cannot be pointed at any other call.
Nothing is installed on your side and no calendar of yours is connected. Google Meet today, Microsoft Teams next. Zoom is not supported.

Then it is deleted. Once there is a transcript, the audio adds little.

It is the record, and nobody edits it, us included.
A transcript cannot be deleted on request. If that is a problem, it is better to know before you buy.
Telling the people in the meeting
You decide whether and how to tell participants that the meeting is recorded. The notetaker is always in the participant list under its own name.
Who can see it
Between companies, nothing crosses.
Each company's meetings are kept separate from every other company's.
Inside your company, everybody in your workspace.
Every member can open every record and transcript. Roles decide who schedules and who disagrees, not who reads.
Nobody joins without an invitation.
Your administrators invite people and can remove anyone.
What the AI does, and what it does not
What it does
- Writes down what was said.
- Marks each agenda topic covered, touched on or not covered, with a short reason.
- Points at the moments in the transcript each mark rests on.
What it does not do
- Learn from your meetings. We train nothing, on anybody's data.
- Decide whether you are compliant, or give you a score.
- Mark something covered without showing where it was said.
It can miss something that was said, and there is no accuracy figure yet. Anyone with the right role can overrule a mark in writing; the original stays on record.
The edges, written down
No transcript is deleted on request.
The audio goes after 90 days. The words stay.
No export, and no auditor login.
Today you show an auditor the screen, or give them an account.
Nobody signs off a verdict.
A verdict is overruled in writing or left alone. Silence is never recorded as agreement.
Some platforms need somebody to admit the notetaker.
On Microsoft Teams it can wait in the lobby until somebody lets it in.
Everybody in your workspace can read everything.
There is no private meeting inside a workspace.
