One product, one job.
MeetEvi turns the meetings a compliance programme already has to hold into a record you can open. That is the whole of it, and it is meant to be.
Why this exists
Somebody owns the compliance programme, usually as a third of their job. The meetings happen and the right people are there.
Months later the auditor asks what they covered, and the answer is a calendar invite and a sincere belief.
A sincere belief is not evidence, and it should not have to be.
Plenty of software watches systems. Nothing kept what the room said, so that is the whole of MeetEvi.
What we refuse to become
-
Not a policy management tool, and not a compliance platform.
Keep the tools that manage your policies and controls. We do the part they leave out: the conversations.
-
Not a notetaker.
Capturing words is the easy part. Knowing what a meeting should cover, and saying when it did not, is the job.
-
Not a dashboard, and not a score.
No percentage and no traffic light. Whether you are compliant is for you and your auditor to decide.
The edges, first
We tell you what it does not do before you buy, not after.
What the product does not do yet is written down on the security page, under its own heading.
Read it before the demo, and come with the parts you do not accept.
